Nothing says Fall like a Maple Spiced Latte! This Thanksgiving coffee drink is all about comfort, warmth, and spice.

Ingredients:

  • One pinch each of clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon
  • One ounce of pure maple syrup
  • Six ounces of milk
  • Two ounces of hot strong coffee or espresso

How to make a Maple Spiced Latte:

Add your spices and maple syrup to a big, beautiful coffee mug. Stir in the coffee/espresso until everything is well combined and there are no more clumps. Now, heat and froth your milk and add it to the mug. Top it off with a sprinkle of spice for a lovely finishing touch.

Ingredients:

  • Two scoops vanilla ice cream or gelato
  • Once ounce Irish Cream Liqueur
  • Two ounces of very strong hot coffee or espresso

How to make an Irish Cream Affogato:

Add the ice cream or gelato to your Irish coffee mug. Pour the hot coffee or espresso and liqueur over top. Serve immediately with a spoon.

Caramelized Apple Cider Latte

Caramelized Apple Cider Latte

Caramel and apple cider are the perfect combination for fall! Our Caramelized Apple Cider Latte is the perfect Thanksgiving coffee to serve with pie and it’s super unique, so it’s sure to wow your guests.

Ingredients:

  • Eight ounces of apple cider
  • Six ounces of milk
  • Two ounces of very strong hot coffee or espresso
  • Caramel Sauce

How to make a Caramelized Apple Cider Latte:

Start by simmering the apple cider on the stove for 20-30 minutes to reduce it by ¾. Once the cider has dissolved to ¼ of the original amount, turn up the heat to a rolling boil and stir constantly for three minutes to caramelize the sugars. It should be a thick syrup when it’s done. (You can do this step ahead of time and store the syrup in the fridge for up to two weeks.)

Heat and froth your milk and make your hot coffee or espresso. Add the apple cider syrup and coffee to your coffee mug and stir until combined. Top with the frothed milk and serve with a drizzle of caramel sauce, if desired.

Our Toasted Bourbon Coffee Cocktail a brilliant, boozy brew that’s easy to whip up in a flash, as long as you make the cold brew coffee concentrate in advance. But, be sure to torch the marshmallow in front of your guests right before serving for the dramatic effect! (Of course, if you’re sitting around the campfire, your guests can toast their own marshmallows.)

Ingredients:

  • Two ounces of cold brew coffee concentrate
  • Six ounces of orange juice
  • One ounce of bourbon
  • One marshmallow

How to make a Toasted Bourbon Coffee Cocktail:

Add the coffee, orange juice, and bourbon to your cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake to combine. Strain and pour into a stemless wine glass. Toast your marshmallow with one of these handy little kitchen torches (or over the open fire), add a cocktail pick, put it on top of the drink and serve.

Creamy Butterscotch Espresso Martini

This Creamy Butterscotch Espresso Martini is a delicious Thanksgiving cocktail that makes a beautiful presentation. Feel free to double the recipe if you want to make two drinks at once.

  • Cinnamon spice cocktail sugar

How to make a Creamy Butterscotch Espresso Martini:

Rim your martini glass with cinnamon spice cocktail sugar. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well combined and foamy. Strain and pour into your martini glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.

  • Two ounces of very strong hot coffee or espresso
  • Two tablespoons sugar
  • One tablespoon cocoa powder for coffee drinks
  • ¼ teaspoon each of cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Six ounces of milk

How to make a Spiced Mexican Latte:

Heat and froth your milk. Place your spices, cocoa powder, and sugar in a Fall-themed coffee mug. Add the hot coffee or espresso and stir until completely combined. Top with your frothed milk and a dash of cinnamon. Serve.
