Ingredients:

  • 1 generous scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 1-ounce coffee liqueur
  • ½-ounce crème de cacao
  • 2-ounces vanilla vodka
  • 1-ounce espresso

Directions:

Put the vanilla vodka, crème de cacao, Kahlua, and espresso into a shaker along with three ice cubes. Shake until well chilled and mixed and then strain into a martini glass. Top with ice cream and serve with a spoon.
