I use my Ninja personal blender for this recipe if I’m just making a S’mores Frappuccino for myself. The recipe can also be doubled and made in a regular blender. This drink can be made without the espresso if you want to avoid the caffeine, but where’s the fun in that?

- ¾ cup of ice cubes
- ½ cup milk or your favorite milk alternative
- 1 or 2 shots of espresso, depending on your taste
- ½ Tablespoon high-quality cocoa powder
- 3 Tablespoons marshmallow fluff topping
- ½ Tablespoon granulated sugar
- ¼ cup whipped cream (low-fat or sugar-free whipped cream is fine for this recipe)
- 1 Tablespoon crumbled graham cracker

This drink really couldn’t be easier to make. Simply blend everything but the whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs in your blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into your favorite glass and top with the whipped cream. Sprinkle the crumbled graham cracker and enjoy!
